NASA footage of UFO above Hurricane Irene

Footage from the International Space Station of Hurricane Irene on 08/26/2011 shows a fast moving, dark oval-shaped object flying past the space station. The object's speed is incredible, and it doesnt look very much like a satellite. Its very elongated, perhaps a disc from a side-view. It appears to be in an orbital trajectory at first, but then at the last second it looks like it veers upwards. Definitely worth a watch....

UAPs over Landskrona, Sweden 04/20/12

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=B1RKHPmis4E
This footage of two unknown objects flying across the night sky above Landskrona in Sweden was recorded on 20th April 2012. This video is very interesting. It shows two, star-like objects moving across the night sky in unison. The first thing that comes to mind would be aircraft. This does not appear to be any type of airplane as they are equipped with flashing wing-tip and directional lighting, and typically do not fly so close to one another (commercial planes). Also, according to the witness, no sound was heard. The next thing that comes to mind would be satellites or the ISS. I have seen many satellites in the night sky over the years, and never have I seen two satellites tracking each other as these two objects seem to be doing, nor have I seen any that large and bright. Of course that doesn't rule out that these object may indeed be satellites. To satisfy curiosity, we will just have to do our own research of ISS and satellite locations for the date and time of the video if we want to find out more about this sighting.

Man-Made Circles

This image is just too hilarious not to share. Its titled: "The Truth About Crop Circles."
Note "Alien" riding the lawnmower. It is proven that the majority of crop formations are created by people. Some masterful work has been crafted in the crops of England over many years: visit the Circle Masters for a look at how some of the most complex designs ever seen in fields are created by a handful of artists. These men give many examples about how they create the brilliant geometry seen in many crop fields. The use of rope and tram lines originating from a central point of the design that connect with all other parts of the soon-to-be-laid formation are discussed. Its a very complex and precise operation, and these 3 men are able to undertake even the most complex of designs in one night. Fascinating. The site has many examples of their overnight work. They acknowledge however that many crop formations are truly unexplained: the stalks that are bent and not broken, the strange magnetic anomalies within the formations, and the detection of unusual levels of radiation. They note that many of  the "genuine" circles are very simple in design by comparison. Simple like the one illustrated in the picture above. Click on the Circle Masters link and read more.

My Sighting

Spring time 2009. I was driving home from my friends house heading south on Dallas North Tollway. I exited onto 635-LBJ Freeway east. You almost pull an immediate 90 degree turn to head east on that exit. When I made that turn, I looked out to my left-rear window to the west, glancing at traffic behind me heading my way, when I noticed a fairly small oval-shaped object (like an egg on its side) with very bright neon lights displaying 4-5 colors across the length of the object and about 8000-10000 feet off the ground (my guess). The lights seemed to be moving across the length of the object, alternating colors as they moved. It was about the size of a pencil eraser held at arms length. Well as I was driving in traffic, I couldn't exactly peer over my shoulder back at the object, so i just drove on, hoping I would see it when I headed south again on I-75 (my next exit). When I exited onto I-75 south, I didn't see anything at first, but after I drove along for about 4 miles or so, I noticed the object looming high in the western sky, but this time a little more over-head, seemingly closer-- about the size of a marble held at arms length now. it was very bright, those neon colors still moving along the side of the object. I exited west off the interstate towards home and somewhere along the way through the neighborhoods I lost sight of it. I turned back around and drove back out to the highway to see if I could get another look at it but I couldn't find it. It was gone. I told some friends about what I saw. I still cant explain it- it was definitely not a blimp- I have never seen a blimp this high up and with lights this bright moving like they did...it was quite bizarre. I still don't know what it is that I saw. I know what I would like for it to have been ;p I wish I had had my damn camera in the car, as my phone at the time was less than up to date. Needless to say I am much more prepared for a sighting now after that incident! Camera: check!

Houston UFA update...Not Really

Unfortunately there are no new updates for the Houston sighting I posted 3 days ago. I have been monitoring that story-- really watching the footage over and over again and reading commentary by those who witnessed the same event, but nothing further. No new video or confirmation of commercial/private/military aircraft in that airspace at that time has been presented. My personal opinion on the matter is that the metallic objects seen falling through the jet's contrail are nothing more than some type of space junk or even parts from the plane that may have been shed or fallen off. Also, they may have only seemed to be metallic in composition. Perhaps they were falling junk that just happened to catch the glare of the sun. More evidence is needed. As for now, this case (if you can call it that) has officially bored me.

My Circle?

I may or may not be interested in the idea of putting a couple of friends together and taking to the fields to try my own hand at a little art...
There are quite a handful of sites that detail some of the most successful methods of creating crop circles of your own. There are plenty of people that go out and create images in fields- granted the differences between man-made and legitimately unexplained formations are not too terribly difficult to tell apart. For example, no matter how pretty the design may be- its all about the close-up investigation if you want to tell real and bizarre from fake. Bent plants, not broken or crudely flattened, strange levels of radio-activity when measured within the design, as well as magnetic disorientation; these are the things you would analyze. HOWEVER!

(after that little tangent) I would still like to experience the thrill of the hoaxer. Or the artist. Whichever. I know some circle makers do it just for the love of the art and the attention it draws. I would just like to create something impressive, something.....large. I want to feel the rush of creating, under pressure and under the blanket of night, my own piece of art. Interesting mood tonight :) I think I'm going to start my research into this now. Ill update tomorrow my progress.

The Art of Looking Up.

I try to make a point to look up at the sky as much as I can. As busy as life is these days, it can be difficult to get a good daydream going, but I make an attempt to try and stop....and stare up. In these moments I am able to escape from the confines of my daily grind as I lose myself in the freedom of the sky. I sometimes wish I were up there--- looking down here, instead of the other way around. I've always thought of myself as a monitor, sort of playing the observer more than the participant. The sky would be the spot for me. The bird's-eye view. So I wishfully look up. The existence of otherworldly life; other "beings" observing us-- is a fascinating realm of thought that is easy to get lost in. I want to experience life from up there.... I've wanted to since I began reading as a child. I don't want any drugs, I want the real thing damnit. So I look up because its all I can do. Maybe I'll see something... maybe they'll take me. scary? perhaps :p
